You acknowledge that digital asset transactions are irreversible and that you are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirmation. Telcoin is not responsible for any losses resulting from user error, including incorrect wallet addresses or transaction amounts.

We may charge fees for certain Services. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you complete a transaction. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Telcoin UAB and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without our express written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELCOIN UAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
